What this badge covers
- Internal use of AI: AI is used exclusively as a support tool for analysis, regulatory structuring, and drafting.
- Mandatory human review: All final deliverables are validated by ChemHazAI’s specialized consultants.
- Data protection: We do not process clients’ personal data using these tools without express authorization and the appropriate contractual safeguards.
Public evidence
- AI use policy: We have an internal policy that defines principles, scope, prohibitions, human review, data minimization, and governance.
- Standard contractual clause: Our proposals and contracts include a clause that governs the use of AI and our obligations.
- Supplier dossier summary: We maintain an executed DPA with the supplier, a register of subprocessors, and a description of the technical and organizational measures implemented by the supplier.
